By purchasing this product, you will receive a personalized, physical VIP collectible ticket that grants one-time entry for one person to MAYDAY Poland 2025.
What You Need to Know:
- The collectible ticket is a physical entry pass – no electronic (PDF) version is provided.
- The ticket will be shipped using the delivery method you select: either to an InPost parcel locker or to the provided address.
- You must bring the physical ticket with you to enter the event – entry will not be possible without it.
- Each ticket contains a unique barcode – do not share it with others.
- The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
- Collectible tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This is a special keepsake for MAYDAY fans – each ticket is carefully designed and printed on high-quality paper.
It’s more than just an entry pass – it’s a piece of MAYDAY history you can keep forever.
VIP tickets are personalized and grant entry only to the person whose name appears on the ticket, upon presentation of a valid ID (we also accept digital IDs in the mObywatel app).
Changes to ticket details can only be requested via email: kontakt@motionmusic.pl.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that only the person who originally placed the order can request a name change.
A ticket’s details can be changed only once and no later than October 20th.
If your surname has changed since the ticket purchase, you do not need to update the ticket — as long as you still have your previous ID document showing the old name (please bring it with you).
According to the Terms and Conditions, an administrative fee of 200 PLN (incl. VAT) applies per ticket, plus shipping costs for the reissued ticket.
- VIP tickets are personalized and grant entry only to the person whose name appears on the ticket, upon presentation of an ID (we accept digital ID via the mObywatel app).
During checkout, you will find fields to enter the attendee’s full name – please complete these carefully. - VIP tickets are non-refundable.
