1. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, that are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for use on the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and data assigned to them (such as session numbers).

  2. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is: the operator Motionmusic, Ul. Towarowa 22, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland; as well as cooperating service/advertising companies (so-called "third-party cookies").

  3. Cookies are used for: customizing the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing website usage—these files, in particular, allow recognition of the Service User’s device and appropriate display of the website tailored to their individual needs; creating statistics that help understand how Users use the websites, enabling improvements to structure and content; maintaining the Service User’s session and ensuring all Service functionalities operate properly; delivering advertising content more tailored to users’ interests.

  4. The Service uses three main types of cookies: “session cookies,” “persistent cookies,” and “third-party cookies.”

    Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the web browser.
    Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for a specified period defined in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the User.
    Third-party cookies originate from external servers, e.g., advertising servers or service providers (such as maps or social media plugins), that cooperate with the website owner. These cookies help tailor ads—making it possible to use websites for free—to users’ preferences and behaviors. They also help assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g., by counting how many people clicked on a given ad and were redirected to the advertiser’s website). The data in third-party cookies is managed by the third party that created them, in accordance with their privacy policy.
  5. The Service uses the following types of cookies:

    Essential cookies that enable the use of services available through the Service, e.g., authentication cookies for services requiring login, or cookies for maintaining User sessions;
    Performance cookies that allow collection of information about how the Service's websites are used;
    Functional cookies that allow remembering User-selected settings and personalizing the User interface, e.g., language, region, font size, or website appearance;
    Advertising cookies that allow delivering more personalized advertising content to Users based on their interests.
  6. In many cases, web browsing software (web browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s device by default. Service Users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings may be modified, in particular, to block automatic cookie handling in the browser settings or to inform the User whenever cookies are placed on their device. Detailed information on cookie handling is available in the browser software settings.

  7. The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may impact some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.

  8. Cookies placed on the User’s device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.

  9. More information about cookies can be found in the "Help" section of the web browser menu.

  10. For matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and relevant Polish laws shall apply, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
