1. General Purchase Conditions:

Sales are conducted via the Internet, and orders must be placed through the website www.sklep.mayday.pl
Payments are made in Polish currency (PLN).
By ordering goods on www.sklep.mayday.pl, the customer declares that they have read and fully accept the terms and conditions.
In case of breach of the agreement, the store owner has the right to cancel the order.
All dimensions provided in the product descriptions are approximate and cannot be used as grounds for complaint.
A proof of purchase is included with prepaid products.
If a VAT invoice is required, please notify us via email.


2. Orders and Fulfillment:

Orders can be placed 24/7, seven days a week.
Orders must be paid for within one hour of placement; otherwise, they will be automatically cancelled.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
From September to November, order fulfillment may take up to 3 business days.
During holidays and vacation periods, fulfillment may take several days. The new fulfillment date will be indicated in the order status title, visible in the user panel and sent by email.
The product price does not include shipping; delivery fees are added depending on the selected shipping method.
We ship via Poczta Polska and InPost Parcel Lockers. Declared delivery times are:

  • Pocztex 2.0 – up to 2 days (insured up to 1000 PLN)

  • InPost Parcel Lockers – 24h (insured up to 200 PLN)
    These are declared, not guaranteed times. Delivery time is the responsibility of the courier, not our store.
    We do not guarantee on-time delivery or the quality of service by Poczta Polska or InPost.
    The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment of shipment dispatch.
    Shipping fees are fixed regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
    If a parcel is not collected from a Parcel Locker or Courier, reshipping is possible only after the customer pays for transport and re-shipping costs. The cost of resending is 32 PLN, regardless of delivery method.
    A receipt is included with every order. If a VAT invoice is required, please mention this in the “Message to seller” field (step III of checkout) or email us immediately at kontakt@motionmusic.pl. Invoices are only issued within the same month as the purchase—no retroactive invoices.
    Paid and confirmed orders cannot be canceled. By selecting "I agree to the terms of service and will comply unconditionally," the customer confirms that they placed the order knowingly and expects its fulfillment.
    For ticket purchases: If not collected in time and returned to the sender after the event has taken place, refunds will not be granted. Tickets will be resent after the customer pays the related fees.


3. Ticket Purchase:

A ticket entitles entry to the event.
Purchasing a ticket indicates acceptance of the event participation terms.
Each ticket allows entry for one person. Types include: standard collector, VIP collector, standard e-ticket, and VIP e-ticket.
Tickets are verified at the entrance – re-use is not possible. Tickets must not be copied, scanned, or duplicated in any way—any such action invalidates the ticket.
VIP tickets are personal and only valid for the named individual upon presentation of ID (we accept mObywatel app).
Name changes for VIP tickets are governed by section 4 “Name Change on VIP Ticket.”
Customers must store tickets securely. Motionmusic is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.
Damaged tickets that prevent code verification may result in denied entry.
Buying tickets for resale at a profit or selling at a profit is illegal and constitutes an offense under Article 133 of the Petty Offenses Code. Additionally, organizers may prohibit resale or transfer of tickets.


4. Name Change on VIP Ticket:

VIP tickets are personal and valid only for the named individual, upon showing ID (including in the mObywatel app).
Name changes can only be made by emailing kontakt@motionmusic.pl. A detailed instruction will be provided in response. Only the person who placed the order may request a name change.
The change is allowed only once and no later than October 20.
If your surname changed after purchasing the ticket but you still have ID with the old name, no change is required (bring both documents).
As per the terms, a name change fee applies: 200 PLN per ticket plus shipping for the new ticket.


5. Payments:

Customers may pay via:

  • Electronic payments and credit cards via PayU and imoje.pl


6. Transaction Security:

All transactions are processed through PayU and imoje.pl.
Shopping is highly secure thanks to advanced data encryption and world-class hardware platforms.
Security is ensured by SSL EV protocol and 3D-Secure technology used by Platnosci.pl.


7. Product Exchange:

To exchange a product (shirts or gadgets only), first notify us at kontakt@motionmusic.pl within 3 days of receiving your order.
Then, return the item via registered mail (Poczta Polska) within 10 days to: Motionmusic, ul. Towarowa 22, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.
Failure to meet these deadlines will void the exchange request.
The product must be in perfect condition – all tags attached, no signs of use.
Keep your proof of purchase – exchanges will not be processed without it.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.


8. Complaints:

Our liability for product defects is governed by the Civil Code.
We are obligated to deliver products free from defects.
We are liable for physical defects found within two years of delivery.

Once we respond, send the item back with the proof of purchase. Complaints without proof of purchase will not be processed.
We handle complaints within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Complaints do not cover: mechanical damage, natural wear, poor fit, improper care, or obvious defects not reported immediately.


9. Returns:

According to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, tickets for dated events (e.g., concerts) are non-refundable.
The seller is not obliged to return funds for tickets (standard or VIP), including those purchased but not yet shipped. See the “Event Terms and Conditions” for details.
Returns (shirts or gadgets only) must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unused, with all tags intact.
Include proof of purchase – no returns will be processed without it.
Refunds will cover only the item's price, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days.


10. Final Provisions:

For any matters not covered in these terms, the Civil Code and applicable laws apply.
By placing an order on www.sklep.mayday.pl, the customer confirms they have read the Privacy Notice >>direct link<< and agree to the processing of their personal data for order fulfillment (data may be shared with courier/post services) and marketing purposes, in accordance with:

  • The Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101/2002, item 926, as amended)

  • The Act of 18.07.2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended)

  • The Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29.04.2004 (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024)

The data administrators are Motionmusic and PayU SA, ul. Marcelińska 90, 60-324 Poznań; NIP 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444.
